The grade II listed church is dedicated to St. Helen and was originally built before 1552.  The church was rebuilt using pale orange brick in 1841 and rededicated at that time.

The interior of the 96 seat building was restored in 1891-2 by Charles Hodgson Fowler.

St Peter & St Paul, Scremby

Built in 1773, the present church replaced an earlier structure which possibly dates back to Domesday. The architect is unknown.

Noteworthy features are the three east windows which were made by O'Connor in 1861. The organ is reputed to have been made my John Snetzler in 1775.

Wall monuments within the church remember members of the Brackenbury family.

St. Peter & St. Paul has a delightful and well kept churchyard with lovely views on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds.
